My partner Eric Cafaro and I started Green Earth Companies as a way to showcase our commitment to preserving, while responsibly using the Earth's beautiful resources. I have been designing and building in the Hudson Valley for over ten years and about five years ago, added real estate development to my portfolio, but in fairness it has always been a part of my life. My early influence came from my father, but at the age of twenty two I quickly set out to find a style and business practice of my own. Green Earth Companies is the culmination of years of experience in providing dedicated and personalized custom home building and the desire to make building and development an efficient and transparent business. Along with design, custom home building and renovations, I am also the managing member of Kenoza Lake Estates — a beautiful, unspoiled, gated lakefront community offering affordable lake homes without compromise.
